Responsibilities

• Fulfill customer service requests promptly as assigned.
• Complete daily rounds and inspect mechanical equipment, facilities and safety concerns.
• Perform plumbing, electrical, HVAC and heating system repairs.
• Prep/turn vacant units/suites.
• Maintain grounds and common areas.
• Light carpentry and drywall finishing tasks.
• Touch up painting as needed.
• On-call duties after hours as assigned.
• Maintain cleanliness of interior and exterior of the property.
• Address life-safety risks promptly.
