RHM Real Estate Group is seeking a dedicated Maintenance Technician for a multi-family property in Columbus, OH. You will handle plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and appliance repairs while performing routine inspections to uphold safety and quality standards.

Responsibilities include preventive maintenance, unit turnover, documentation of work, and coordinating with management. Must supply your own tools and be prepared for on-call shifts in a fast-paced, team‑oriented environment.

Formación

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Previous property maintenance experience preferred.
• Knowledge of plumbing, electrical, HVAC and appliance repair.

Responsabilidades

• Perform routine maintenance on plumbing, electrical, HVAC systems, and appliances.
• Inspect property regularly to identify maintenance issues and ensure safety compliance.
• Respond promptly to resident maintenance requests in a professional manner.
