Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Three years maintenance experience in HVAC, boilers and related systems.
• EPA refrigerant handling and HVAC certifications are a plus.
• Boiler/steam licenses are advantageous and may be required.

Responsibilities

• Perform preventive and routine maintenance on facilities equipment.
• Troubleshoot and repair HVAC, electrical, plumbing and mechanical systems.
• Coordinate with departments to support resident safety and comfort.
• Maintain cleanliness, safety, and regulatory compliance in work areas.
• Review and update work orders; contribute to emergency/disaster readiness.
