Job summary

DBC Real Estate Management, LLC is hiring a Maintenance Technician in Columbus, Ohio. In this role, you will perform maintenance tasks, including electrical and plumbing repairs, and appliance upkeep. Ideal candidates will have a high school diploma/GED and 1–2 years of maintenance experience, along with a valid driver’s license.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of experience in facility maintenance or mechanical repair.

Responsibilities

• Perform and prioritize maintenance requests and service orders.
• Conduct minor electrical repairs, replace light fixtures, and maintain HVAC units.
• Repair and replace kitchen appliances.
• Carry out plumbing repairs, including leak fixes.
• Prepare vacant units for new tenants.
