Job summary

YES Communities, Inc. is seeking a Maintenance Technician to keep our community grounds safe, organized, and well stocked. You will interact with residents, handle service requests, and assist with inspections and set-ups for new homes.

Ideal candidates have a high school diploma or equivalent, OSHA training, and experience in HVAC, electrical, plumbing, or pool operations. A valid in-state driver’s license is required, with emphasis on safety and teamwork.

Qualifications

• A valid in-state driver's license is required.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• OSHA certifications or trainings are a plus.
• HVAC, Electrical, Plumbing, and Pool operation experience are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Perform preventative maintenance, repairs, and refurbishments.
• Keep grounds, common areas, and vacant lots clean and safe.
• Respond to service requests and after-hours calls according to schedule.
• Read meters, locate leaks, and document issues for management.
• Operate company vehicles and maintain safety standards.
