Sunrise Senior Living is seeking a Maintenance Assistant to perform routine maintenance tasks, basic repairs, and preventive care across our community. You will support painting, HVAC and safety checks, manage tools and inventory, and assist with suite make-ready efforts for new residents.

Ideal candidates are reliable, safety-conscious, and ready to work in a fast-paced senior living environment. The role offers hourly pay and comprehensive benefits.

Responsabilidades

• Complete assigned maintenance tasks and work orders
• Perform basic repairs (plumbing, electrical, appliances, fixtures)
• Assist with painting and refurbishing projects
• Support HVAC, water, and mechanical system maintenance
• Perform preventative maintenance and safety checks
• Maintain tools, equipment, and repair inventory
• Support carpet and floor care as needed
• Assist with suite make-ready preparation
• Follow OSHA, fire safety, and infection control standards
• Participate in emergency preparedness and fire drills
• Drive community vehicle as assigned
