Job summary

Greystar seeks a Service Technician to maintain the physical aspects of the property, including buildings, grounds, amenities and common areas to meet the company’s cleanliness, safety and functionality standards.

The role includes handling work orders, make-ready tasks for vacant units, inventory management, and documentation. EPA refrigerant certifications and a valid driver’s license are required, with a pay range of $24.00–$25.00 per hour.

Qualifications

• EPA Type 1 and II or Universal refrigerant recycling certification.
• Valid driver’s license to operate a golf cart on property.
• Certifications as required by state/local jurisdictions.

Responsibilities

• Completes assigned work orders and preventative maintenance to meet standards for safety and functionality.
• Performs make-ready tasks for vacant units, including inspections and punch lists.
• Manages materials, supplies, and inventory; coordinates with maintenance supervisor on re-orders.
• Documents work and maintains accurate records for service requests.
• Maintains grounds, common areas, and amenities; supports cost-control by using parts efficiently.
