Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• At least 1 year of experience in property management or related field preferred.
• General maintenance and carpentry skills desired.

Responsibilities

• Perform electrical, plumbing, appliance, flooring, carpentry, HVAC, and grounds maintenance tasks as directed by supervisor.
• Maintain property grounds and common areas for safety and curb appeal.
• Respond to emergencies and on-call maintenance requests as needed.
• Maintain accurate work orders and communicate issues to leadership.
• Ensure safety and risk management practices are followed.
