Responsibilities

• Address an array of apartment and property maintenance duties as directed.
• Perform repairs to electrical, plumbing, appliances, flooring, carpentry, HVAC, and grounds.
• Carry out carpentry tasks like wall repair, cabinetry, and door/lock work.
• Maintain the work order system and ensure timely completion to standards.
• Inspect grounds and common areas to ensure safety and cleanliness.
• Assist with property emergencies and weather-related incidents.
