Job summary

RPM Living is seeking a Maintenance Technician to perform general maintenance and keep interior and exterior common areas clean and safe. The role includes custodial tasks, grounds work, make-ready assistance, and basic pool care.

You will respond to after-hours needs and ensure tasks are completed within 24–48 hours. The position requires at least 1 year in maintenance or related field, a High School diploma or GED preferred, and a good understanding of various trades.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of maintenance or related work preferred.
• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• General knowledge in skilled trades including basic carpentry and make-ready.

Responsibilities

• Perform custodial duties and maintain common areas interior and exterior.
• Complete grounds work per Maintenance Manager/Community Manager directions.
• Clean breezeways, trim landscaping, and assist with make-ready units.
• Assist in pool maintenance and basic chemical handling.
• Respond to after-hours maintenance requests and close work orders within 24–48 hours.
