Job summary

Bell Partners is seeking a Maintenance Technician to perform interior and exterior community maintenance, repairs, and equipment upkeep across our properties. You will respond to resident repair requests, maintain safety standards, and collaborate with vendors for various improvement projects.

A focus on excellent customer service is essential. Minimum 18 years of age with a high school diploma or equivalent; 1–3 years of maintenance experience preferred.

Qualifications

• Maintenance experience in a facility setting is preferred.
• Basic HVAC, plumbing, electrical, carpentry, and mechanical skills are required or desired.
• HVAC, EPA, and/or CPO certifications may be required based on community staffing levels.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine interior and exterior maintenance, repairs, and equipment upkeep.
• Respond to resident repair requests and maintenance concerns; report malfunctions promptly.
• Maintain safety and OSHA compliance; ensure resident privacy when entering apartments.
• Coordinate with vendors for landscaping, painting, asphalt, etc.
• Attend in-service trainings as assigned and follow Bell Partners’ policies.
