Job summary

Bold Solutions is seeking a full-time Maintenance Technician to support a growing portfolio of residential and commercial properties across Eagle County, CO. This hands-on role rewards problem-solving, organization, and pride in quality work.

You will manage day-to-day maintenance tasks, perform basic trades, and contribute to upkeep across multiple sites. The position offers full benefits and year-round, steady work with a supportive Bold Solutions team.

Qualifications

• Maintenance experience required in property management or facilities.
• Able to lift 50+ lbs, perform physical tasks.
• Valid driver's license required.
• Willing to be on-call evenings/weekends.
• Able to troubleshoot plumbing, electrical, HVAC and carpentry.

Responsibilities

• Handle day-to-day maintenance tasks, work orders and repairs across multiple buildings and properties
• Perform basic plumbing, electrical, HVAC, carpentry and general building upkeep
• Troubleshoot issues and complete repairs safely and efficiently
• Conduct regular property inspections and identify maintenance needs
• Assist with seasonal work like snow removal, landscaping coordination and irrigation checks
• Communicate clearly with residents, owners, vendors and the Bold team
• Use AppFolio/Wrike/Time to track work orders, time and notes
