Bold Solutions in Breckenridge, CO is seeking a full-time Maintenance Technician to support residential and commercial properties across Summit County. This hands-on role emphasizes problem solving, organization, and delivering quality upkeep in a fast-paced environment.

You will perform basic plumbing, electrical, HVAC, carpentry, and routine inspections, while coordinating with residents, owners, and vendors. A valid driver’s license and the ability to lift 50+ lbs are required.

Qualifications

• Maintenance experience across residential and commercial properties.
• Strong work ethic and team-oriented attitude.
• Good problem-solving skills and ability to work independently.
• Valid driver’s license.
• Ability to lift 50+ lbs and perform physical tasks.
• Willingness to be part of on-call rotation (evenings/weekends).

Responsibilities

• Handle day-to-day maintenance tasks, work orders and repairs across multiple buildings and properties.
• Perform basic plumbing, electrical, HVAC, carpentry and general building upkeep.
• Troubleshoot issues and complete repairs safely and efficiently.
• Conduct regular property inspections and identify maintenance needs.
• Assist with seasonal work like snow removal, landscaping coordination and irrigation checks.
• Communicate clearly with residents, owners, vendors and the Bold team.
• Use AppFolio/Wrike/Time to track work orders, time and notes.
