Job summary

Legacy Partners is seeking an on-site Maintenance Technician to oversee day-to-day upkeep of the apartment community in Denver. This full-time role reports to the Business Manager and Service Technician Supervisor, with a Monday–Friday schedule and on-call emergencies.

Responsibilities include fixing appliances, plumbing, electrical and carpentry; preparing units for new residents; following preventative maintenance schedules; cleaning common areas and grounds; and supporting safety and resident

Qualifications

• Experience performing maintenance on multifamily properties.
• Ability to perform basic carpentry, plumbing and electrical tasks.
• Willingness to be on-call for emergencies and maintain a professional demeanor.

Responsibilities

• Maintenance & repairs: fix appliances, plumbing, electrical and basic carpentry; replace flooring, locks and fixtures; paint interiors/exteriors.
• Apartment turnover: prep units for new residents, assist with move-in/out inspections, track repairs and maintenance records.
• Preventative care: perform routine maintenance per manuals and manufacturer guidelines.
• Cleaning & grounds: clean common areas, assist landscaping, support exterior repairs.
• On-call & safety: be available after hours, know utility shut-offs, handle light pest control.
• Teamwork & standards: follow policies, work with the team, maintain professionalism.
