Bold Solutions in Breckenridge, CO is seeking a full-time Maintenance Technician to support residential and commercial properties across Summit County. This hands-on role emphasizes problem solving, organization, and delivering quality upkeep in a fast-paced environment.

You will perform basic plumbing, electrical, HVAC, carpentry, and routine inspections, while coordinating with residents, owners, and vendors. A valid driver’s license and the ability to lift 50+ lbs are required.

• Conduct regular property inspections and identify maintenance needs.
• Assist with seasonal work like snow removal, landscaping coordination and irrigation checks.

• Use AppFolio/Wrike/Time to track work orders, time and notes.
