Job summary

Bell Partners is seeking a Maintenance Technician to perform a wide range of maintenance, repair, groundskeeping, and related duties for community properties. The role reports to the Maintenance Supervisor and supports residents and staff with timely, quality service.

The ideal candidate has 1–3 years of maintenance experience, basic skills in HVAC, plumbing, electrical, carpentry, and mechanical systems, and strong customer service abilities.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 18 years of age.
• High School degree or equivalent.
• Understanding of Bell Core Values.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine interior and exterior community maintenance and equipment upkeep as scheduled.
• Respond to repair requests and maintenance concerns from residents and staff.
• Report malfunctions and hazardous conditions to the Maintenance Supervisor promptly.
• Maintain resident privacy and obtain proper authorization before entering apartments.
• Ensure safety by keeping maintenance items in secure areas and following OSHA requirements.
• Attend in-service trainings as assigned and coordinate with vendors for services when needed.
