Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• At least one year of experience in the property management industry or related field.
• Possess general maintenance and carpentry skills.

Responsibilities

• Address a wide range of apartment and property maintenance duties as directed by the maintenance supervisor or property manager.
• Perform repairs to electrical, plumbing, appliances, flooring, carpentry, HVAC, and grounds maintenance.
• Maintain and verify work orders to company standards and resident satisfaction.
• Inspect property grounds, buildings and amenities for safety and cleanliness.
• Assist with property emergencies and respond to incidents.
• Promote safety and risk management in accordance with rules and regulations.
• Maintain professional demeanor and appearance at all times.
