Job summary

Avenue5 Residential is seeking a Maintenance Technician in Houston, TX to address apartment and property maintenance duties as directed by the maintenance supervisor or property manager. You will uphold high standards of customer service and curb appeal for the assigned property.

Responsibilities include electrical, plumbing, appliance, carpentry, HVAC, and grounds repairs, preventative maintenance, safety adherence, and on-call emergencies as required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• At least one year of experience in the property management industry or related field.
• Possess general maintenance and general carpentry skills.

Responsibilities

• Address apartment and property maintenance duties as assigned.
• Perform repairs in electrical, plumbing, appliances, flooring, carpentry, HVAC, and grounds as directed.
• Maintain safety, cleanliness, and curb appeal at the property.
• Maintain work orders and ensure completion to standards.
• Assist with property emergencies and on-call maintenance as needed.
• Promote customer satisfaction through professional interaction with residents.
