YES Communities in Corpus Christi, TX is seeking a Maintenance Technician to keep our community grounds safe, organized, and well-maintained while responding to service requests. You will interact with residents and assist in operations like new home delivery and meter readings.

Qualifications

• Valid in-state driver’s license is required.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• HVAC, electrical, plumbing experience is a plus.
• OSHA trainings or certifications are a plus.
• Proficiency with industry software and tablets.

Responsibilities

• Maintain community grounds, common areas, and vacant lots.
• Respond to service requests and inspections in a timely manner.
• Operate and maintain company vehicles safely and per policy.
• Read water meters, identify leaks, and report issues.
• Assist with new home delivery/set-up and warranty follow-up.
• Attend team and safety meetings and follow OSHA standards.
