Job summary

YES Communities is seeking a Maintenance Technician to keep the community grounds safe, organized, and well-maintained. You will interact with residents, ensure timely completion of service requests, and support upkeep of community assets. Strong teamwork and safety culture are essential.

You will handle preventative maintenance, perform inspections, and assist with new home delivery/setup, responding to after-hours calls as needed.

Qualifications

• Must be able to perform preventative maintenance and safety procedures.
• Demonstrated ability to communicate with residents and team members.
• Familiarity with OSHA safety standards and practices.

Responsibilities

• Maintain rental inventory through preventive maintenance and work-orders.
• Clean and secure community grounds, common areas, and vacant lots.
• Respond to service requests and inspections in a timely manner.
• Assist in new home delivery/set-up and report warranty work.
• Uphold OSHA standards and wear PPE as required by law.
• Operate company vehicles safely and according to regulations.
