• Minimum 2 years of maintenance experience.
• High School Diploma or GED preferred.
• Valid operator’s license and insurability.
• Knowledge of plumbing, electrical, appliance repairs, HVAC and carpentry.

Responsibilities

• Maintain homes and community areas in proper condition.
• Complete work orders and report to Community Manager.
• Perform lawn and grounds maintenance, weed control, mulching and pruning.
• Respond to on-call duties as needed.
• Assist in refurbishing community-owned homes and maintaining water/sewer lines.
