Responsibilities

• Perform maintenance to ensure homes and community areas are in proper condition.
• Execute work orders and report status to the Community Manager.
• Promote courteous, cooperative interactions with residents and staff.
• Identify deficiencies and take action with manager approval.
• Maintain community grounds: weed control, landscaping, mulching, trimming, and debris removal.
• Operate snow removal equipment as applicable.
• Maintain inventories of maintenance tools and supplies.
• Maintain vehicles, garages, and storage areas.
• Comply with health and safety laws to reduce accidents.
