Job summary

RHP Properties seeks a Maintenance Technician to support Birch Terrace/Indianhead Manor communities in Menomonie and Chippewa Falls, WI. The role covers general grounds upkeep and basic home repairs, with a 40-hour work week and on-call duties as needed.

Responsibilities include completing work orders, maintaining community appearance, and performing seasonal maintenance. A minimum of 2 years in maintenance and a valid driver's license are preferred.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of maintenance experience preferred.
• High School Diploma or GED preferred.
• Valid operator’s license with clean driving record.

Responsibilities

• Perform maintenance to ensure homes and community areas are in proper condition.
• Execute work orders and report status to Community Manager.
• Maintain community grounds: mowing, weed control, landscaping, and general upkeep.
• Repair basic plumbing, electrical, appliance systems, HVAC, and carpentry as needed.
• Assist with snow removal and safety compliance.
