RHP Properties in Jackson, MI is seeking a Maintenance Technician for our Sherman Oaks community. The role involves general grounds and lawn maintenance, basic home repairs, and work across the community for 40 hours per week.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of maintenance experience preferred.
• High School Diploma or GED preferred.
• Valid driver’s license with good driving record and insurability.
• Working knowledge of plumbing, electrical, appliance repairs, HVAC and carpentry.

Responsibilities

• Perform maintenance to ensure homes and community areas are in proper condition.
• Execute assigned work orders and report status to the Community Manager.
• Maintain community grounds and lawns, including weed control and landscaping.
• Perform snow removal and seasonal pre-maintenance tasks.
• Assist in refurbishing community owned homes and repairs to water/sewer lines.
