RHP Properties, headquartered in Farmington Hills, seeks a Maintenance Technician for Orchard Grove in Ann Arbor, MI, to perform general grounds and lawn maintenance and basic home repairs at the community.

The role is full-time, on-site, with seasonal duties and responsibilities to handle work orders, and coordinate with the Community Manager. A minimum of two years of maintenance experience and a high school diploma are preferred; valid driver’s license required.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of maintenance experience preferred.
• High School Diploma or GED preferred.
• Valid driver’s license and insurability under company policy.

Responsibilities

• Maintain community grounds and homes to ensure proper condition.
• Process work orders and report status to Community Manager promptly.
• Interact with residents, visitors and staff in a courteous, cooperative manner.
