RHP Properties in Farmington Hills, MI, seeks a Maintenance Technician for C&M Park and Edwardsburg Estates communities in Edwardsburg, MI, to perform general grounds and lawn maintenance and basic home repairs for 40 hours per week. Responsibilities include completing work orders, maintaining grounds, assisting residents and staff, and ensuring safety compliance.

Applicants should have at least 2 years maintenance experience, a valid driver’s license, and knowledge of plumbing, electrical, HVAC

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of maintenance experience preferred.
• High School Diploma or GED preferred.
• Valid driver’s license and insurability.
• Knowledge of plumbing, electrical, HVAC and carpentry.

Responsibilities

• Perform general grounds and lawn maintenance and basic repairs to homes owned by the community.
• Execute work orders and report status to the Community Manager timely and efficiently.
• Promote goodwill by courteous interaction with residents, visitors and staff.
• Identify deficiencies and take action with Community Manager approval.
• Maintain community grounds, perform weed control, seasonal landscaping and trash removal.
