Job summary

YES Communities is seeking a Maintenance Technician to keep our community grounds safe, organized, and well stocked. You will interact with residents, complete service requests, and support home delivery setup while maintaining assets and tools.

Ideal candidates have a HS diploma or equivalent and may have OSHA training or HVAC, electrical, plumbing, or pool operation experience. A valid Michigan driver's license is required for on-site duties.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• OSHA trainings are a plus.
• HVAC, Electrical, Plumbing, or Pool operation experience a plus.
• Valid in-state driver''s license required.

Responsibilities

• Maintain rental inventory through preventive maintenance and refurbishments.
• Keep grounds, common areas, and vacant lots clean and safe.
• Respond to service requests promptly while ensuring quality.
• Read water meters, identify leaks, and report findings.
• Assist with new home delivery, setup, and warranty follow-ups.
• Attend team and safety meetings and follow OSHA standards.
