Job summary

YES Communities is seeking a Maintenance Technician to keep the community grounds safe and well-maintained. You will interact with residents, handle service requests, and assist with home set-up and inspections.

The role emphasizes safety, OSHA standards, teamwork, and on-call responsiveness. A valid in-state driver's license and a high school diploma are preferred, with HVAC, electrical, and plumbing experience a plus.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is preferred.
• Valid in-state driver's license required.
• Experience in home refurbishment or make-ready preferred.
• OSHA trainings or certifications are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Maintain rental inventory through preventative maintenance and make-readies.
• Keep the community grounds, common areas, and vacant lots clean.
• Respond to after-hour emergency calls according to on-call schedule.
• Read water meters, identify and resolve leaks within the community.
