Job summary

YES Communities is seeking a Maintenance Technician to keep community grounds safe, organized, and well-stocked with supplies. You will interact with residents and ensure timely completion of service requests and inspections, while upholding safety standards and OSHA guidelines.

The role involves reading meters, coordinating with vendors, and assisting with home deliveries and setup. A valid driver’s license and prior refurbishment experience are preferred.

Qualifications

• Valid in-state driver’s license required.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Experience in home refurbishment or make-ready preferred.
• HVAC, electrical, plumbing and pool operation experience a plus.
• OSHA certifications or trainings a plus.

Responsibilities

• Maintain rental inventory through preventative maintenance and refurbishments.
• Keep grounds and common areas clean and safe.
• Complete work in a timely manner while upholding safety standards.
• Read water meters, identify and resolve leaks when applicable.
• Assist with new home delivery/set-up and report warranty issues.
