Job summary

Greystar Worldwide, LLC in Charleston, SC is seeking a Service Technician to maintain building systems, ensure safety, cleanliness, and overall functionality of the property.

You will handle work orders, make-ready tasks, coordinate with vendors, and perform on-site repairs with a rotating on-call schedule. EPA refrigerant certifications and a valid driver’s license are required to operate on-site equipment and drive company vehicles.

Qualifications

• EPA refrigerant certification required (Type 1 & II or Universal).
• State and local certifications as required for Service Technicians.
• Valid driver’s license to operate a golf cart on property if applicable.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and repair defects; perform preventative maintenance per policies and safety codes.
• Complete make-ready process for vacant units including inspections and punch lists.
• Track inventory, manage materials, and coordinate with maintenance supervisor on re-orders.
