Responsibilities include repairs across electrical, plumbing, HVAC and carpentry, plus safety and order-fulfillment. Requires high school diploma and at least 1 year in property maintenance. Valid driver's license and English literacy are expected.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• At least one year of property management or related experience.
• General maintenance and carpentry skills required.

Responsibilities

• Perform electrical, plumbing, HVAC and carpentry repairs as directed.
• Maintain curb appeal and safety to meet standards.
• Assist with on-call emergencies and after-hours maintenance as needed.
• Keep work orders updated and communicate with leadership.
