Job summary

Equity Residential seeks a Maintenance Technician to support Highlands Ranch communities. You will address resident service requests, perform hands-on maintenance, and prepare market-ready apartments while keeping grounds and common areas in excellent condition.

The role involves preventative maintenance, inspections, and reporting concerns. Candidates should troubleshoot plumbing/electrical issues, follow safety rules, and communicate effectively in English.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent is required.
• Knowledge of federal and state apartment housing laws.
• A valid driver's license, good driving record, auto insurance, and reliable transportation are required if operating a vehicle.

Responsibilities

• Promptly address resident service requests.
• Perform hands-on maintenance tasks (plumbing, electrical, etc.).
• Prepare market-ready apartments and maintain community grounds.
• Conduct regular community inspections to identify repairs or replacements.
