Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required or equivalent.
• 1–3 years of apartment maintenance experience preferred.
• EPA Type I & II or Universal refrigerant certifications required.

Responsibilities

• Completes assigned work orders within 24–48 hours and performs routine property maintenance.
• Completes make-ready process for vacant units, schedules vendors, and inspects work.
• Maintains safety standards and documents work orders for proper tracking.
• Assists in property inspections and helps communicate needs to management.
