Job summary

Two Coast Living in Santa Rosa Beach, FL, seeks a Make-Ready Technician to prepare vacant apartments for new residents. You will perform painting, repairs, fixtures, appliance testing, HVAC filter changes, flooring touch-ups, and cleaning to company standards.

The role supports maintenance and property teams, offers a clear career path toward Maintenance Technician, and requires a valid driver’s license, 1 year of related experience, and a commitment to safety.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of relevant experience in general maintenance, handyman work, or make-ready/turnover work.
• High school diploma or GED required.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.

Responsibilities

• Complete apartment turnover (make-ready) work, including painting, surface repairs, fixture replacement, appliance testing, HVAC filter changes, flooring and carpet touch-ups, and general cleaning.
• Support the maintenance team with ongoing repairs, preventative maintenance, and property upkeep as needed.
• Interact professionally and courteously with residents and team members while working throughout the community.
