RangeWater Real Estate in Charlotte, NC is seeking a Maintenance Technician to keep the property's buildings, grounds, amenities, and common areas in top condition. You will diagnose issues, perform repairs, and support make-ready tasks for vacant units.

The role requires hands-on maintenance skills, ability to handle resident requests within 24–48 hours, and adherence to safety and policy guidelines. Proficiency with Entrata/Yardi or OneSite is preferred, plus a valid driver’s license.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED equivalent required.
• 1–3 years of apartment maintenance experience preferred.
• Proficient in communication and delivery of service to residents.

Responsibilities

• Respond to work orders within 24–48 hours and perform routine property maintenance.
• Prepare vacant units through make-ready process and schedule necessary vendors.
• Assist in controlling costs by repairing parts when possible and using materials efficiently.
• Document work orders and communicate progress to management.
• Ensure safety compliance and performance of all maintenance tasks.
