Avenue5 Residential is seeking an Assistant Maintenance Supervisor in Leander, Texas. The role focuses on day-to-day maintenance, ensuring property upkeep and regulatory compliance, and supporting a proactive maintenance program.

The candidate will perform repairs across electrical, plumbing, HVAC, carpentry, and other systems while maintaining safety and quality standards. On-call rotation and a Monday–Friday schedule are required, with a 20% housing discount as part of the benefits package.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• EPA Certification required or preferred.
• Experience in property management or related field desired.

Responsibilities

• Perform day-to-day maintenance operations and ensure property upkeep.
• Repair electrical, plumbing, appliances, carpentry, HVAC, and other systems as needed.
• Maintain work order system and ensure timely completion to residents’ satisfaction.
• Conduct safety inspections and ensure compliance with regulations and risk management program.
• Assist with emergencies and on-call rotation; communicate with supervisor and property manager.
