Job summary

Vivmark Residential, a merger-led housing leader, is seeking a Maintenance Technician in Fort Worth, TX. You will respond to resident service requests, perform hands-on maintenance across plumbing, electrical, appliances, HVAC, and painting, and prepare market-ready apartments while keeping common areas in top condition.

You must have a High School diploma or equivalent, a valid driver's license, and the ability to work flexible shifts, including weekends and on-call hours.

Qualifications

• Troubleshoot and repair plumbing, electrical, appliances and HVAC components.
• Perform interior repairs and painting as needed.
• Understand federal/state apartment housing laws.
• Have a valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• Communicate effectively in English, both written and orally.
• Be able to work any assigned shift, including weekends and on-call hours.

Responsibilities

• Address resident service requests and perform hands-on maintenance tasks.
• Prepare market-ready apartments and maintain grounds and common areas.
• Conduct regular community inspections to identify repairs or replacements.
• Report concerns and ensure timely resolution.
