Job summary

Greystar is seeking a Service Technician at Creekside at Highlands Ranch in Highlands Ranch, CO. You will perform technical and mechanical work to ensure buildings and amenities meet safety and quality standards, handle maintenance requests, and assist in make-ready inspections for new move-ins.

You will diagnose issues, perform repairs, maintain inventories, and follow safety policies; the role includes outdoor/indoor work in various weather and providing support to the maintenance team.

Qualifications

• EPA refrigerant recycling certification required.
• State and Local jurisdiction certifications as required.

Responsibilities

• Complete work orders from resident requests and preventative maintenance.
• Complete make-ready process for vacant apartments including inspections and vendor coordination.
• Track inventory and order materials as needed; maintain documentation.

Education

EPA Type 1 & II or Universal refrigerant recycling

State and Local certifications as required
