Job summary

Asset Living is seeking a Maintenance Technician to support maintenance processes across an affordable housing community. You will handle corrective, preventative, routine, emergency, and cosmetic work under the Maintenance Supervisor and Community Manager, including make-ready tasks and safety compliance.

The role emphasizes on-site attendance, timely responses to requests, and maintaining records, safety standards, and inventory while contributing to property upkeep and resident relations.

Qualifications

• Requires a High School Diploma or Equivalent.
• Basic understanding of on-site software and computer skills.
• Knowledge of Fair Housing Laws and OSHA requirements.

Responsibilities

• Maintain community properties and repair tasks for common areas and units.
• Assist with preventive maintenance and make-readies under supervision.
• Respond to resident requests and manage service work orders.
• Perform pool maintenance and maintain chemical logs.
• Support safety, OSHA guidelines, and on-call emergency duties.
