The Campbell's Company is seeking a Maintenance Technician for our Downers Grove, Illinois facility. You will help keep our manufacturing operation running safely and efficiently, maintaining boilers, HVAC, refrigeration, and building systems while troubleshooting both mechanical and electrical issues.

You will work in a hands-on environment, using tools and SAP/Microsoft Office to document daily activities.

Formación

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Mechanical aptitude and ability to safely use hand/power tools.
• Basic electrical training or equivalent experience for electrical troubleshooting.
• Ability to read instructions, manuals, diagrams, and schematics.
• Ability to interpret ladder logic and basic control circuits.
• Proficiency with multimeter for electrical troubleshooting.
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and in a team, under safety guidelines.

Responsabilidades

• Troubleshoot, repair, and maintain plant production machinery using manuals and drawings.
• Diagnose mechanical and basic electrical issues and perform repairs safely.
• Use multimeter for electrical troubleshooting; replace like-for-like components.
• Interpret control circuits and ladder logic; maintain boilers, HVAC, chillers, and building systems.
• Operate tools and equipment safely; document maintenance activities in SAP and MS Office.
• Adhere to Safety, HACCP, GMP, and SQF requirements; work overtime when needed.
