Campbell's is seeking a Maintenance Technician in Downers Grove, Illinois. The role supports safe, reliable operation of plant equipment, boilers, HVAC, and building systems with hands-on troubleshooting and repair.

You’ll work on production machinery, electrical systems, and utility equipment, ensuring minimal downtime and compliance with safety programs and GMP/SQF requirements. Starting pay is $36/hour on 2nd shift, with overtime and weekend work as needed.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Mechanical aptitude and manual dexterity for hand and power tools.
• Basic electrical training or equivalent experience for electrical troubleshooting.
• Ability to read and interpret instructions, manuals, diagrams and schematics.
• Ability to interpret ladder logic and basic control circuits.
• Basic math and measurement skills (English/metric).
• Comfort with documenting work using Microsoft Office, SAP, and email.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot, repair, and maintain plant production machinery.
• Diagnose mechanical and basic electrical problems and perform safe repairs.
• Perform basic electrical troubleshooting with a multimeter.
