Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Basic electrical troubleshooting background beneficial.
• Ability to read and interpret manuals, diagrams, and schematics.
• Experience in a manufacturing environment is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot, repair, and maintain plant production machinery using manuals and schematics.
• Diagnose mechanical and basic electrical problems and perform repairs safely.
• Perform basic electrical troubleshooting with a multimeter and replace components as needed.
• Interpret ladder logic and troubleshoot basic control circuits.
• Maintain boilers, HVAC, refrigeration, and building systems.
• Operate hand and power tools, welders, lathes, grinders, and mills safely.
• Complete daily maintenance reports using MS Office and SAP.
