The Campbell's Company is seeking a Maintenance Technician for our Downers Grove, IL facility. The role supports production, performing troubleshooting, repairs, and preventive maintenance on plant equipment and building systems.

The position requires strong attendance and the ability to work third shift, with overtime as needed. Responsibilities include maintaining boilers, HVAC, refrigeration, and safety systems, using ladders and lifts, and documenting work orders.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Basic electrical training or equivalent experience for safe electrical troubleshooting.
• Experience diagnosing and repairing mechanical equipment.
• Proficiency with hand and power tools.
• Strong troubleshooting and communication skills.
• Ability to read manuals, schematics, diagrams, and technical docs.
• Ability to interpret ladder logic and control circuits.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, SAP, and email systems.
• Comfort with performing calculations and measurements.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple variables.

Responsabilités

• Maintain and repair production equipment using manuals and schematics.
• Troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and basic control issues.
• Perform preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance.
• Maintain boilers, HVAC, refrigeration, chillers, and building systems.
• Use hand and power tools safely.
• Record maintenance work and report status.
• Document activities using SAP and other systems.
• Collaborate with teams to support plant operations.
