Campbell's in Downers Grove, IL is seeking a Maintenance Technician to keep our manufacturing operations running safely, reliably, and efficiently. You will apply mechanical and electrical troubleshooting skills to maintain plant equipment, utilities, and building systems in a hands-on environment.

You will diagnose and repair production machinery, boilers, HVAC, refrigeration, and related systems, using tools, schematics, and control logic.

Formación

• High school diploma or GED.
• Mechanical aptitude and the manual dexterity required to safely use hand and power tools.
• Basic electrical troubleshooting.
• Ability to read instructions, shop manuals, diagrams, and schematic drawings.
• Ability to interpret ladder logic and basic control circuits.
• Ability to use a multimeter and perform basic electrical troubleshooting.
• Ability to follow written, verbal, and diagram-based instructions and troubleshoot problems involving multiple variables.
• Basic computer skills, including the ability to document work and enter information using programs such as Microsoft Office, SAP, and email.
• Ability to communicate clearly and respectfully, both verbally and in writing.
• Basic math skills with English & metric measurements.
• Ability to work independently and in a team.
• Ability to work in a changing manufacturing environment and respond to high-pressured situations.
• Compliance with PPE requirements and obtaining Power Industrial Equipment certification.

Responsabilidades

• Troubleshoot, repair, and maintain plant production machinery.
• Diagnose mechanical and basic electrical problems and complete repairs safely and accurately.
• Perform basic electrical troubleshooting using a multimeter.
• Interpret ladder logic and troubleshoot basic control circuits.
• Maintain boilers, hot water systems, HVAC, refrigeration, chiller systems, and building equipment.
• Safely operate hand and power tools and shop equipment.
• Complete required daily reports and maintenance documentation using Microsoft Office, SAP, email, and other applicable systems.
• Work safely at elevated heights and follow all safety procedures.
• Work overtime when necessary to support operational needs.
