The role requires strong attendance, the ability to read schematics, and basic electrical skills. Overtime and weekend work may be required to support production schedules.

Formación

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Experience with basic electrical and mechanical troubleshootings.
• Ability to read shop manuals/diagrams and interpret ladder logic.

Responsabilidades

• Troubleshoot, repair, and maintain plant production machinery.
• Diagnose mechanical and basic electrical problems and complete repairs safely and accurately.
• Perform basic electrical troubleshooting using a multimeter.
• Interpret ladder logic and troubleshoot basic control circuits.
• Maintain boilers, hot water systems, HVAC, refrigeration, chiller systems, and building equipment.
• Safely operate hand and power tools and shop equipment such as welders, lathes, grinders, and mills.
• Complete required daily reports and maintenance documentation using Microsoft Office, SAP, email.
• Work overtime to support operational needs.
