Job summary

RHA Health Services, LLC is seeking a Maintenance Technician/Maintenance Assistant to perform preventive, corrective, and emergency maintenance across residential homes and facilities. The role uses Axxerion CMMS to manage work orders, track labor and parts, and maintain asset records.

A strong background in carpentry, electrical, plumbing, and HVAC supports safe operations. Minimum 2–4 years of maintenance experience in relevant settings is required, with a high school diploma or GED.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 2–4 years of general maintenance experience (residential, commercial, or healthcare setting preferred).
• Valid driver’s license and proof of personal vehicle insurance.
• Ability to read and interpret technical procedures, building codes, and safety regulations.
• CPR/First Aid certifications or training preferred.

Responsibilities

• Receive, prioritize, and complete work orders in Axxerion; record labor, parts, notes, and completion codes.
• Perform preventive maintenance tasks from CMMS schedules.
• Repair/build/install counters, cabinets, doors, and other structural elements.
• Assist with HVAC filter changes and basic troubleshooting.
• Provide 24-hour emergency maintenance coverage on a rotating basis.
• Coordinate work with Home Managers to minimize disruption and assist with projects.
