Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Coordinates work orders with Home Managers and staff to minimize disruption to operations.
• Performs general maintenance: builds, repairs, and installs fixtures and surfaces (counters, cabinets, doors, walls, floors).
• Paints interior/exterior surfaces; installs windows, blinds, curtains, and lighting fixtures.
• Replaces ceiling/floor tiles and wall coverings; ensures compliance with building codes.
• Develops plans with Administrators for renovations or new equipment and coordinates bids when appropriate.
