Job summary

RHA Health Services, LLC is seeking a Maintenance Technician to perform preventive, corrective, and emergency maintenance on residential homes, facilities, and systems. The role uses CMMS (Axxerion) to manage work orders, track labor and parts, and ensure safety and regulatory compliance across clinical and administrative settings.

The candidate will handle carpentry, electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and safety tasks, support asset accuracy, and participate in 24-hour emergency coverage as needed.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED is required.
• 2–4 years of general maintenance experience (residential, commercial, or healthcare setting preferred).
• Valid driver’s license with proof of insurance.
• Ability to read and interpret technical procedures, building codes, and safety regulations.
• CPR and first aid certifications are preferred.

Responsibilities

• Use CMMS to receive, document, and close work orders, record labor and parts, and maintain asset records.
• Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on facilities and systems.
• Repair/install fixtures, doors, counters, and basic structural elements; handle plumbing and electrical tasks.
• Assist with HVAC filtering, safety checks, and vendor coordination.
• Respond to emergencies and coordinate with Home Managers and staff.
