Job summary

RHA Health Services, LLC is hiring a Maintenance Technician to perform preventive, corrective, and emergency maintenance in residential, clinical, and administrative settings. You will work under the Maintenance Manager, leveraging CMMS (Axxerion) for work orders, asset tracking, and compliance records.

The role requires 2–4 years of maintenance experience, strong carpentry, electrical, plumbing, and HVAC knowledge, and the ability to read technical procedures.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 2–4 years of general maintenance experience (residential, commercial, or healthcare setting preferred).
• Ability to read and interpret technical procedures, building codes, and safety regulations.

Responsibilities

• Perform preventive, corrective, and emergency maintenance on buildings, equipment, and systems.
• Use CMMS (Axxerion) to receive, document, and close work orders with accurate labor and parts data.
• Plan, coordinate, and perform scheduled maintenance; monitor safety and compliance.
