Job summary

Picerne Real Estate Group is seeking a Maintenance Technician for an apartment community in Bradenton/Sarasota, FL. You should have general knowledge of apartment maintenance and be ready to perform daily upkeep, making ready units, and respond to service requests.

Responsibilities include grounds upkeep, completing work orders, on-call emergencies, and contributing to resident satisfaction. Valid driver’s license is required; EPA certification is a plus.

Qualifications

• Must have high school diploma or equivalent.
• Valid driver's license required.
• Reliable vehicle.
• EPA certification is beneficial.

• Run work order tickets.

We are currently seeking a Maintenance Technician with proven skills for an apartment community located in Bradenton/Sarasota,FL. A general knowledge of apartment maintenance is required.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Maintain the upkeep of a property's grounds
• Making ready apartments (punching andpainting)
• Running work order tickets
• On-call maintenance emergencies
• Special assigned property projects
• Providing exceptional customer services to residents
